How often do you need a WOF?

Vehicles first registered less than three years ago: first WOF due on the third anniversary of registration.
Vehicles registered before 2000: every six months.
Vehicles registered in or after 2000: every 12 months.

How long does a WOF take?

A standard Warrant of Fitness inspection takes around 45 minutes. This allows our Experienced, NZTA qualified inspectors to thoroughly check all safety components of your vehicle. If your car passes, you’ll be on your way straight after. If any issues are found, we can often carry out repairs on-site the same day to save you a return trip.
